International Shipping:
Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on Suigeneric.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Suigeneric.com has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. In the European Union for example, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed. |

Once payment has been made you will receive an email notifying you of your purchase, and also containing the link to download the purchased Video and or PDF.
Please be aware that there is a limit to the allowed number of downloads per purchase. If you do not see this email in your inbox you please check your spam or junk folders.
